An impressive standpipe water tank complete interior and exterior rehabilitation.
Charleston Water contacted Nick Vause with TSE when they needed a coating system for their upcoming Grimball Road tank rehab. Then while working with Ryan Cox with QCC, the tank was bid using Tnemec Series 94H20 HydroZinc/Series L140 Pota-Pox Plus/L140 Pota-Pox Plus or the interior coatings system and Tnemec Series 94H20 HydroZinc/Series 73 EnduraShield/Series 700 HydroFlon. Leray was the winning bidder and completed the tank during the middle of 2023. The high-profile tank was a very tight location and full containment was used to complete the project. The end result is a tank that now looks like new and is protected for the next 25-30 years.
