Repainting of ceilings, walls and floors at a cardboard manufacturing warehouse in Phoenixville, PA
When the Graphics Packaging facilities department needed to fit-out a warehouse into a new manufacturing space, the consulted with Atlantic Coating Consultants to specify high-performance coating solutions for the interior floors, walls and ceilings. Tnemec Series 115 Uni-Bond DF was used to paint the ceiling roof panels and open web truss structure. As an acrylic dry-fall, Series 115 exhibits excellent color and hide that helped with quick production rates for the painting contractor. The resinous floor system was built around Tnemec Series 237 Power-Tread used as a slurry applied 100% solids epoxy floor. The floor was finish coated with Tnemec Series 248 Everthane for its enhanced abrasion resistant properties. The bright interior coatings helped to greatly improve lighting and visibility inside the facility.
